Athlete Training

Balanced Elite Athlete offers targeted training dedicated to assisting elite athletes gain balance in their physical and mental training. Our unique methodology can be used in team or individual settings, and we work with athletes of all abilities.  

Our unique methodology fuses yoga, mindfulness, and sport-specific injury prevention. This allows athletes to gain strength, flexibility, and power while enhancing recovering. 
Yoga combines alignment, breathwork, and functional mobility to restore and inhibit injuries while integrating with each individual or team’s current strength and conditioning programs. Studies have shown that athletes' careers are prolonged and expanded when yoga is added to their training regimen. This routine is proven to work and aids the multiple mind and body factors of various sports. 

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.  
Athletes training and competing mindfully have an improved awareness of what they are doing when performing well, they learn the benefits of using breathwork and the idea of letting thoughts come and go.
